Like there is reactive anger and discerning anger...very different experiences (as you so well articulated). For me, at least, I have experienced pain, fear and even joy, that have been ungrounded, depleting, histrionic. Learning the difference (through dreamwork and felt experience in sleeping and waking life) has been immeasurably helpful and has improved my life. AND, I have more and more to see and feel and learn...yeeha!! Thanks for the inspiration. And for teaching me the word "delectation."
