There is so much beauty and love in this post today. Thank you! I loved this in particular: “I want you to be like you—to the fullest, deepest, most magnificent and sacred and idiosyncratic extent.” How wonderful would it be if we could all be like ourselves, really ourselves?

This line brought me chills as well. In a way it's my life's work (with regards to food), but it reminded me of how wild and wondrous this world would be if we welcomed the diversity of each human instead of remaining in webs of conditioning and control.
